All standard-height racks sit 50mm above cabin height, striking the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Crafted by hand on the Sunshine Coast, every 4x4 Network Tub Rack is TIG welded from 3mm marine-grade 6061 aluminium, sourced locally. This ensures a lightweight yet durable build designed to last through harsh conditions.

🎨 Finish Options:

  • Raw Aluminium (unpolished)
  • Textured Black Powder Coat

 Please note: the raw finish is a bare, uncoated manufacturing-grade aluminium. It may include visible marks, scratches, blemishes, or tooling lines from the fabrication process. This is normal and part of choosing a raw, industrial finish. If you’re after a uniform or refined appearance, we recommend selecting a powder-coated finish.

    ⚠️ Please refer to your vehicle’s manual for factory tub load capacity. 4x4Network is not liable for tub damage caused by overloading.

  

🔧 Installation Notes:

  • Hole Sizes: Holes are laser cut before powder coating. You may need to drill out the powder coat to 10mm for bolt fitment.
  • Foot Plates: Designed for universal fitment. Some tuna may require minor adjustments (e.g. die grinding front holes to line up with factory points).
  • Rack Fitment: Due to heat exposure during powder coating (200°C), the rear rack (and front racks with no infill) may slightly membrane inward where no crossbar is present. This is normal, a push will return it to shape for bolting. This does not affect structural integrity.
